Description

Hilla - Rubicone IGT Trebbiano 2015

The 2015 vintage benefited from excellent sun exposure and balanced rainfall. Trebbiano grapes were hand-harvested at night on September 8th, 2015, then fermented at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks. The wine underwent 12 months of maturation in inox, followed by extended bottle aging.

The wine shows a bright green-gold color with notable clarity and consistency. The nose is broad and layered, offering aromatic herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary), balsamic tones, and mineral accents, with a slightly softer, more candied profile than 2016.

On the palate it is soft, creamy, and well-balanced, supported by precise acidity. Flavors of ripe yellow fruit, chalky notes, and saline nuances contribute to texture and persistence. A refined Trebbiano combining maturity, freshness, and mineral tension.

*** At Divinalux, we use only a refined touch of sulfites—just enough to protect the wine as it ages, without overshadowing its purity. While sulfites may be more noticeable in wine than in food due to the presence of alcohol, they remain discreet for most consumers.

Our philosophy is simple: minimal intervention, maximum elegance.
