We Harvest at Night
Our main goal is to bring the grapes to the winery in the best possible condition. For this reason, we harvest at night, when the temperature is around 20 degrees. The grapes are selected one by one, picking only those that are healthy and full of positive energy, in small crates. This allows us to preserve the aroma of the grapes and truly create a high-quality organic wine.
Our team while harvesting at night
Divinalux Night Harvest became a local celebration. Many people joining us to experience this magical period.
Harvesting only healthy grapes
Each one is equipped with head light to check carefully each grape, as we are picking only the healthy grapes for our wines.
Taking it to production in small crates

Sustainable Viticulture

Leguminosae plants
Bean family plants accumulate nitrogen in their roots and enrich the soil
Sustainable Practices
The beans are planted between the vine rows and are chopped before flowering.
The Three Souls of Our Vineyard
Our vineyard lives in harmony with the rhythms of light. Among these luminous hills, three ancient grape varieties: Albana, Sangiovese, and Trebbiano, express the sacred dialogue between earth, crystal, and sky. Each reveals a different voice of the same harmony: the warmth of the sun, the depth of the crystals, and the purity of the air.
"Together, they tell the story of a land where light becomes wine, and wine becomes a gesture of gratitude to the Earth." Lya Lux
Albana, The Golden Soul of the Vine
An ancient varietal native to Emilia-Romagna, Albana embodies the golden harmony of our land. Grown above the Lapis Specularis crystals, it reveals delicate notes of apricot, honey, and luminous minerality.
Sangiovese, The Heart of Our Land
Native to these very hills of Romagna, Sangiovese embodies the spirit of our land. Its roots draw from the mineral-rich soil above the Lapis Specularis crystals, creating wines of balance, strength, and luminous depth.
Trebbiano, The Whisper of Purity
Trebbiano is the whisper of purity in our vineyard, ancient, gentle, and full of light. Rooted in our UNESCO hills above the Lapis Specularis crystals, it gives life to wines of luminous freshness, complexity & harmony.
