Description

Natali - Rubicone IGT Rosato di Sangiovese 2019

The 2019 season in the Romagna–Toscana hills was balanced and favourable, with steady, harmonious ripening. The wine reflects the purity and mineral tension of the UNESCO-listed Vena del Gesso gypsum ridge.

Natali comes from a special vineyard parcel where larger Sangiovese berries provide the ideal ratio for rosé. The grapes are night-harvested, around 10 days earlier than those for Victores, to preserve acidity and freshness. Following a white-winemaking process, the fruit is gently pressed and vinified at low temperature, allowing natural aroma and color extraction without chemicals.

Harvested on September 2nd, the wine was fermented without skins, matured 11 months in stainless steel, then refined in bottle.

Natali 2019 shows a bright, clear color with copper highlights. The nose offers small red forest fruits, floral notes, and a hint of moss. On the palate, it is juicy, vibrant, and refreshing, with crisp fruit, vivid acidity, and a long, persistent finish.

A rosé of purity, energy, and elegance, Natali 2019 combines balance and vitality in a clean, expressive style.

*** At Divinalux, we use only a refined touch of sulfites—just enough to protect the wine as it ages, without overshadowing its purity. While sulfites may be more noticeable in wine than in food due to the presence of alcohol, they remain discreet for most consumers. Our philosophy is simple: minimal intervention, maximum elegance.

*** In 2017, our Estate received official Organic Certification for all agricultural activities, including the production of wine, olive oil, and other farm products. Although 2017 marks the first year of certified organic status, the Estate had been in conversion since 2013, and even prior to that it was cultivated in accordance with the organic requirements of the Regional Park regulations. As a result, all our wines have been produced according to organic standards for many years; however, from the 2017 vintage onward, we are officially authorized to display the Organic Production Symbol on all our labels.
