GIFT BOX EXPERT is a tasting experience crafted for true connoisseurs: a vertical exploration of our limited-edition aged wines, born from an organic vineyard rooted above the ancient Lapis Specularis crystal caves, an enchanting UNESCO landscape that imparts purity, minerality, and luminous energy to every bottle.

A genuine Journey Through Time, this collection reveals how years, seasons, and crystal-rich soil shape each vintage into a distinct chapter of a living story—one that unfolds sip after sip with depth, elegance, and authenticity.
These vertical tasting boxes are available only in very limited quantities.

The full 6-Bottle Vertical Box allows you to experience all six currently available vintages across our three main wine typologies: Trebbiano, Albana, and Sangiovese, a complete voyage through time, evolution, and terroir.

For smaller gatherings, or those wishing to begin their vertical journey, we offer the 3-Bottle “Vertical Essence” Box, featuring every second vintage. This carefully curated selection still delivers the richness of a true vertical tasting, showcasing the progression, character, and the soul of our wines.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Divinalux Winery, we ensure that every shipment is prepared and delivered with the utmost care, in compliance with EU regulations governing the sale and transport of alcoholic beverages.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier conditions.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs controls, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs, Taxes & Duties

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Where available for your destination, shipping charges may include applicable taxes, duties, and excise charges in accordance with local wine import regulations, so that no additional charges are due upon delivery.
In other destinations, import taxes, duties, or excise charges may be collected by local authorities or the carrier and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Areas

We ship to most international destinations.
Available countries can be selected from the “Ship to” menu in the top announcement bar.
Shipping to certain countries may be restricted due to local alcohol regulations.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection.
Wine shipments use special shock-resistant packaging designed for international transport.

Insured Delivery

All shipments are fully insured during transport.
In the event of loss or damage occurring during delivery, Divinalux Winery will manage the claim directly with the carrier or insurer and ensure an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.

Faulty Bottles & Quality Claims

Wine is a living product.
If a bottle is believed to be clearly faulty (for example, affected by cork taint), the procedure outlined in our Return & Replacement Policy applies:
- Contact must be made within 14 days of purchase
- The bottle must be returned in its original bottle for inspection
- After evaluation, a replacement bottle may be issued
Refunds are not offered.
Replacements are issued only after inspection and approval.

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Conditions & Alcohol Regulations

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday
An adult of legal drinking age must be present to receive the shipment
In case of absence, the courier may leave a notice for rescheduling or pickup
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the importation of alcohol is legal in the destination country or region.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only until they have been physically handed over to the courier.
If an order has not yet shipped, we will confirm the cancellation and reverse the payment for the products not shipped
If shipping, insurance services, duties, excise taxes, or other delivery-related charges have already been incurred, these amounts may be non-recoverable and therefore not reversible.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
