"HILLA, Trebbiano" is organically grown on crystal caves in UNESCO land, hand-harvested at night, and crafted without chemicals at low temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas of this exceptional Trebbiano. Fermented in inox tanks and aged in bottles to reveal its natural complexity, HILLA offers vibrant freshness, refined minerality, and a true expression of its distinctive terroir.

Trebbiano is historically used in Cognac production because its deep-reaching roots can penetrate up to 20 meters underground, absorbing extraordinary minerality. In our vineyards, these roots reach into ancient crystal caves, drawing in the complex aromas and structural richness of our unique terroir. This complexity continues to evolve with time, which is why HILLA is bottle-aged—to allow its full depth, nuance, and character to gradually emerge. Each vintage is remarkably different, expressing its own personality and evolution—best appreciated through a vertical tasting of all six available vintages.
